Domestic & international shipping

We currently ship within Australia, but are planning to expand this in the near future. If you live outside of Australia but would like to place an order, please get in touch with us for a shipping quote.

As we are a print on demand service, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be printed and shipped. If for some reason there are any delays we will get in touch with you.

Custom orders will generally take longer than 3-5 business days and we will discuss the project and timelines for each individual order.

We currently ship with Australia Post for a flat rate of $9.95.

returns & exchanges

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

damaged or faulty goods

While we do use a special durable blend of resin for our 10mm miniatures, it is important to remember that resin at this scale can be quite delicate. We do our best to ensure that each miniature is packaged with care. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for breakages after your item has been delivered to you. However, if there are any breakages in the post please get in touch we will help you out. 

We pride ourselves on our quality control, but sometimes things slip through. If there are any issues with the prints, please do reach out to us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
